Terms of Booking

Deposits
A deposit of 25% (to the nearest £) is required on booking.

Balance
To be paid on day of departure. Cash is acceptable. We also accept the following credit cards, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, JCB.

Cancellation
Written notice is required. Please ask for brochure for full cancellation details.

Provisional Bookings
Taken via internet or telephone can only be held for one week – if no deposit is received by then we reserve the right to cancel.

Times of Arrival and Departure
Your room will be available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:30am on day of departure.
